I was just watching something about the film Wizards by Bakshi its a 70s animation movie. And low and behold "Attention" was said by some evil bastard. I connected it in my mind with this instantly. classic.

These are two of the all time greatest visual artists. Miyazaki never fails to bring a smile to my face. Moebius creates such unique worlds that you feel could truly exist. I salute the both of you!
