GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To forestall the inevitable, annoying as fuck naysayers, I make no bones about my style being untraditional, yet still obviously based on traditional Irish music, much like you hear in pub sessions. I honestly don't mind constructive criticism, but petty, unsolicited, unwarranted insults about how what I'm doing demeans Irish music or is, as I've just admitted, untraditional, are just cruel and small-minded.
I play because I love this music, and this is how I taught myself and am interpreting it. If you can't deal with it and insist on putting down other people who genuinely have an interest in this music, then you can keep YouTube and keep your traditions because that's not what trad is about.
