Yeah, this music video is horrible. I mean, I'm okay with the simplicity of it all, but the constant fans screaming in the background make it hard to enjoy the music, and the cinematography isn't exactly why I'm watching it.

What I hate is that people actually think the rap version was the original. So shameful.

I first heard this song independent of Uptown Girls and without really knowing that the singer Jesse Spencer was the actor Jesse Spencer. Amazing song! I love his vocals. Also, when I actually visited Egypt, this was the song that kept playing through my head.

It took me listening to this song about 5 times before I really came to appreciate it. At first I hated it, now I find I have to keep coming back to listen to it again every couple weeks. Not better or worse than the original. Just different.
