Definitely a good skill, but the secret to it is in the writing. The choice of words is such that there is always a "Long-short-short-short" or "strong-weak-weak-weak" syllabic rhythm/emphasis, which is easier for the brain to process as a regular rhythm and easier for the lips and tongue to kee...
