Imam al-Ajlooni mentioned in his book: 'Kashaf al-Khafa' that Ibn Asakir (may Allah have His Mercy upon him) reported from Amar Bin al-'Aas that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "After me if Allah grants you victory over Egypt, there you should build a huge army, that army will be the best army on the earth". Abu Bakr asked: 'What is the reason? O! Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) of Allah! He said: "They will be in 'Ribat' (protectors of the borders) till the Day of Judgement" .
It is narrated in Sahih Muslim from Abu Dhar that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "You will conquer Egypt, a land where Qirat is used. Treat its people kindly since they have a right of kinship upon you" .
