I just love San Diego's Lindbergh Field. I also love this Embraer ERJ-140. Take this fun airport and this great aircraft, toss it into X-Plane 10 and Boom! Great combination. This was one of my many attempts on trying to land on runway 27. Not easy. Most of the time I am flying larger planes, and I avoid regional jets. I felt as if to have a decent landing on this plane I had to come in faster, and avoid flaring too much. Considering there is a 100 foot parking garage at the end of runway 27 I feel like I always touch down just a little bit too late. This landing was decent. Pretty soft on the main gear. However I got the nose gear to bounce. Tough to negotiate but sure is a ton of fun. I will continue to hopefully one day get a perfect regional jet landing.. One day hehe.
