My original aspirations and objectives for myself are an ongoing processs and probrbaly ever will be. Oh and when you're found liable by a Human Rights Tribunal its because your views are deemed to be "likely" to cause one to suffer things such as discomort or emotional hurt. Now I don't know how much law you know but finding one liable for that which "likely" occurred ... watch the movie the Minority Report and look at the premise of that film.
