World Focus, if it had the budget, could really nail down every little conflict everywhere. As it is, W/F does an excellent job while subtly reminding us that American Idol and hip-hop people are not newsworthy. Americans, who for the most part could not even tell us whether Sri Lanka is a country or a new dance, just don't care about anything substantive. This kind of ignorance will eventually drag us into the Big Breach.
