The girl playing Wendy was a replacment for Lauri Peters (Liesl) in THE SOUND OF MUSIC. That's the main reason Martin wanted her for the production. Bill Snowden who played Frederick in the original cast of MUSIC is in this playing one of the lost boys. I agree, Wendy is terrible.
