Now that thats out the way, for those who opted to sub enjoy the vids, i record whatever comes to mind so......... welcome.

* If your into weave then this is NOT the page for you, Im all natural (meaning I dont wear weave) in this bitch. I like my hair the way it is and dont need to add any horse ass hair to it. Mad? Then chew some ice. I am here partly to talk about anything that comes to my mind and to prove that Black girls can have REAL long hair, as long as I want. All you have to do it keep the mositure, prevent the breakage and it'll grow. I'm going to prove it, hopefully the sistas will join the movement.*

My hair regimen:

Vatika Coconut Oil

Motions lavish conditioning shampoo

Silicon Mix Hair Treatment

Lacio Lacio leave in conditioner

extra virgin olive oil,

moroccan oil/ argan oil.

Wash Hair with a shampoo for your hair type
Then apply Silicon Mix to your hair from ends to root
comb from ends to roots with a WIDE tooth comb
cover hair with a plastic cap and sit under a hair dryer for 15-30 minutes or leave it in overnight
rinse conditioner out of hair then make sure the coconut oil has been heated so it can be liquified then
pour into an applicator bottle and apply to scalp
also for african american hair make sure that some sort of heat protectant (lacio lacio leave in conditioner is applied to the hair and olive oil is applied to the ends of the hair to moisturize and manage hair.)
Put a plastic cap on and sit under the dryer for 15 minutes then take the cap off and let hair air dry
then blow dry (if necessary) and flat iron! a few days later apply argan oil (moroccan oil) to the hair concentrating on the ends.
and your hair will be soft, shiny and manageable . . . every day or 3 times a week apply oilve oil and/or argan oil to the hair/ends or apply just to the ends of the hair to keep the ends moisturized and prevent breakage and split ends. * trim ends when needed and when split ends occur to keep hair healthy and to prevent further split ends and breakage.
