Apparently GG, when he liked a piece, liked sometimes to slow down its rythm as much as he could. The result is surprising but, I think, often beautiful, with a coherence and balance of its own.

Zeppelin fans should look out for a guy called Troubleclef, he does one of the best guitar covers I've heard of Rain Song and Black Mountain.

Freddie was an exceptional human being, to sing till his last breath and give himself so totally to his art - while he could have left Queen by themselves and taken it easy for the last years of his life.

And exceptional was the way Brian, Roger and J...

Every time I listen to Gould's Bach, I end up by getting up and dancing in ecstasy - as if a sorcerer had got hold of my body and soul.

Wow those high notes of Freddie and Roger mixing together! And the sight of the 4 of them at the front of the stage!

I stumbled on Troubleclef's channel a couple of months ago when looking for some Queen stuff - liked it so much I ended up starting to learn guitar. Hope one day I could play like him - especially this piece.

Some of the stuff I was listening to, as a French teen in the late 60's, has aged. But I find Zeppelin, the Who, Bowie, the Doors, early Queen, the Kinks, absolutely timeless. Their music moves me the same as before, if not even more. At the time I was not paying that much attention to...
