About Me:
 
Tai Calon was launched on the 26th of July 2010, following the transfer of housing stock and services from Blaenau Gwent Council. Tai Calon is a brand new, not-for-profit-organisation and is now Blaenau Gwent's largest provider of social housing with some 6,200 homes. The organisation is set to invest over £111million in its homes to ensure they are brought up to the Welsh Quality Housing Standard by 2015.
