I'm also curious to see what the gnomeregan area looks like these days, the entire gnomish half of Dun Morogh looks cool in the pictures, I'm curious what it's like in game!

I think textures and stuff have changed in that region, it's more lava-ee. There are some new towns, it's certainly not huge changes but stuff I'm interested in seeing. Blackrock Mountain was pretty horrid looking in vanilla because you couldn't actually get close to it, I'm just curious how they changed it :)
