are you using the recommended sulfate free shampoo and conditioner after the treatment? your hair should still be straight a month after the treatment. The fuzziness you see is probably new growth coming in.

This helped me alot! My ringer switch on the side stopped working and it was stuck on vibrate so this allowed me to take it apart and plug back in the cord thingy for the switch!! Thank you!
