You can get past the door before it closes if you bunny hop quick enough. This should save like 5 seconds. Hop a good starting speed of the trash laying on the ground. Why not try wall speed jumping while you're at it. You have to have enough speed and get a good last jump that isn't too high and lands you ideally at the door. Quickest way from point A to point B is a straight line. If you bunny hop too 'wide' you go too slow!
You can get that speed counter by writing cl_showpos 1 to console. My top speed seemed to be around 380. Enabling triggers helps.

Crank up the volume, this game is quiet.
This works for the ENTIRE game- ALL voices.
How do you do it? Actually very easy- set the game to Japanese in Steam, let it update, then go to Program Files - steam - steamapps - skyrim - Data (or something like that) and backup the "Skyrim - Voices.bsa" and "Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa" files to somewhere. If you want the various menus in Japanese (like I have- does not include names, subtitles, or items), then also backup the "Translate_English.txt" in the Interface folder in there. Then, switch the game language back to English in Steam, let it update, then copy back and overwrite the newly downloaded English files with your previously backed up Japanese ones (replace the word "Japanese" in any filename with the word "English"). Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work with all the game text (items, subs, etc.) because of encoding issues, which is why I don't recommend backing up the Interface.bsa and Misc.bsa files and the Strings folder (the text becomes gibberish). But if you wanted that you could just leave the language in Steam to Japanese, right? Then just hope Steam doesn't try to update the files you changed. You may want to turn off auto-updating. If you have a non-Steam copy of Skyrim, you can grab the files from a friend who has the Steam version using the same method. They'll probably appear on the internet soon enough too (note I am NOT condoning copyright violation).
Also, I cannot send people my voice files. They're too big for e-mail and uploading them somewhere would probably be copyright violation for me. (Just wait though, it always happens...)

There's a couple things to look for (assuming you have the files named properly and in the right folders), and they are:
Prefix the pk3 with a z, like this - z.cpma-hitbeeps.pk3
It's "safer" to put them in your wolfcam-ql folder (the mod folder), rather than baseq3. It will load them after pretty much everything else, and it eliminates any possibility of them not loading last while in baseq3.
You should convert them to .ogg via audacity or dbpoweramp or whatever program you want. It probably won't fix anything, but it's a smaller filesize and it's what QL uses.
I don't think I have the .pk3 anymore, but I could easily make it in a couple minutes if you can't get it working.
