You have a good voice but you need to work on your projection on the high notes. Try recording this again whilst standing or sitting forward more to sit with your back straight, gives your diaphragm more room to expand. You can tell around 2:45 you get a bit more confidence and it sounds great.

She's 7 so she's cute and can carry a tune but she's not "incredible". I say this with no malice when I say she needs speech therapy to correct the speech impediment (accent ??). You can tell she takes singing lessons. In a few years she'll be much better controlled.

@huy0002 - I don't deny that it's an okay version but to call it better than the original is simply ridiculous. The main singer is okay but she stuffs up several runs and lower notes and someone is out of key when they get to the chorus. No... it's okay but it has nothing on the original.
