Sydney Leverenz is a Canadian singer/songwriter from Edmonton, AB. She has been singing since she could first speak, and started professional singing lessons at age six. Sydney first started strumming a guitar when she was eleven years old, and started taking lessons soon after that. Naturally, she began writing her own music in middle school, starting off with simple songs that eventually evolved into more thoughtful and intricate music. She recorded three original songs by the age of fifteen.
Sydneys style in music has changed throughout her years of songwriting, and she is now establishing her own exclusive sound as an artist. She has been learning that your music style has to imitate who you are as a person.
Sydney has been blessed with an incredible talent to sing, song write, and perform. Music is her passion, and she will continue to challenge herself and do what she loves to do!
