thanks for sharing, on an island was the last album my dad listened to in hospital before he died, david gilmour was one of the last things we shared a conversation about.

whenever i listen to it, it reminds me of him.

without him and david gilmour, i probably wouldnt play the guitar.

my late father was lucky enough to see pink floyd at the 1975 knebworth festival, where they played Dark Side Of The Moon, then Wish You Were Here, THEN the prototype version of Animals, ALL IN THEIR ENTIRETY, i envy the fact that i didnt talk to him about his gig experiences when i had the chance

yeah they arent in production atm, but there is a DC model which is white, but i think its some sort of limited model, check out the gibson website and you can find it in the les paul section
