My name is Pete. I am a person that learned everything from my own mistakes in life. From the easy simple stuff to the hard and complicated problems that arise. To this day, I still learn from my own mistakes. I don't ask anyone for anything and don't expect anything from anybody.
I own Southwest Rod and Custom in Lewisville Tx., and have been in business for over 25 year and in the same location for 17. I tackle every project that comes my way, from off frame restorations, custom automotive painting, motorcycle building, metal fabrication, fiberglass kit car buidling, and eveything in between.
I am considered the number 1 Streetbeasts Car Builder in America with over 150 complete replicas built to date.

I've seen alot of custom car shows to know when there's talent for the luv and when the camera becomes a best friend. I would sign you on my network in a heartbeat, we need cats like you who hold no punches when it comes to creativity and when things don't always go right or customes need to be put in their place man you tell it like it is..I can dig that. 	djdonnie68 (1 month ago) hey pete,really enjoy your videos on both of your channels....i love guitars and also own a shop...i do a lot of insurance repair but i try to keep some other projects going to fill in the gaps.....biggest problem i have is people want a barrett jackson paint job at a freakin' maaco price....i guess they have maacos in texas......anyway you know what i mean "half ass work"......but sometimes you get hooked up with the right person who doesn't mind paying to get it done right and it makes it all worth while....anyway keep up the good work and take some time to enjoy your great family(and bruno) life is too short....donnie

	1930FORDSEDAN (1 month ago) Hey, really enjoy the videos. I've had a Rod Shop since 1982 also and have also "been there and done that.", Them "buddy jobs" are killers. Lots more rust to repair here in Indiana than Dallas. Nobody wants to do it right the 1st time, so the second time is always harder to fix it right. Hang in there and keep enjoying what your doing. Enoy being the artist that you are even when it seems nobody else seems to appreciate it. That alone will keep you going. Love the desk ! & face sculpture !
