About this user

Dr. Shane Mezger is originally from a small country town of Merriden, Western Australia. Growing up playing many sports including football, weight training, yoga, martial arts and cycling. Having watched his mother come out of the chiropractic office in tears, he had developed a fear of chiropractic from the age of 12. At the age of 18 fate forced him to receive his first chiropractic adjustment and from that point on he has never looked back. Dr Mezger is a 1996 graduate of the University of Western Australia, with a BSc , and in 1999 he graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney with Masters in Chiropractic. Dr. Mezger also has a International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma, (I.C.S.S.D) and in 2010 became the first chiropractor in Western Australia to attain qualification in Chiropractic Biophysics. Dr. Mezger has had a passion for health, martial arts, Chiropractic and nutrition from an early age.. He enjoys spending time with his family, refining his skills as a chiropractor and is the founder of The Posture Doctor Chiropractic Offices in Geraldton and Dongara.
