Considering you are from England, the majority of dubstep you listen to is going be from here and the U.S so YES a lot of them may be white. But you may not know this, but there are other countries apart from the UK. I know this is hard to comprehend but yes. And dubstep is a massively popular genre and there are a hell of a lot black people in the world so guess what, there might actually be black dubstep artists you don't know about. But what am I talking about, you know every single one of them don't you? Even all the thousands of unsigned acts out there.
