This is a video I did right before my mini-gastric bypass. I weighed (oh god I don't want to admit this) 368 pounds. I now weigh 148 pounds. yay!! The hardest part of doing this video is the amazingly harsh judgements people have made, when they know nothing about me except for what I say in a 5 mins and 29 secs video. Oh and I was not coached. My mother was sitting behind me helping me out with dates and facts. I did everything, EVERYTHING my surgeon told me to and everything I had read about.
