this was a targetting the reciever penalty against FSU 30 minutes earlier, but sense maryland is garbage they needed all the help they could get to make it interesting.

this was a perfectly legal hit.... it is hilarious, because later in the game a maryland player does the EXACTsame thing and gets no call.... it's sad that they are in maryland, the refs are garbage, and they still couldn't beat fsu!
