this was the mid 1980's. the true golden age of the nfl. the 84 49ers, 85 bears, and 86 giants were an incredible run of champions and those 3 years were great years for pro football.

this tune ranks in the 100 greatest song list. that's saying a lot but this song is powerful and as some have said it's ahead of it's time. it's a manly song about life's realities in america today. a must have song in the music of any guy.
