@Squallzy13 I highly recommend you search Peter Egoscue and read his Book Pain Free. It sounds like you need some passive exercises to balance your muscle skeletal system so they will let go and stop pulling you of position which is causing the pain.
Dude it is a muscle issue. It's called muscle imbalance. Your spine sits on your pelvis. When your pelvis is tilted it causes your spine to sit at an improper angle. hence the deterioration of your disk.
