Hello friend ! As usual, Thanks for the view and comment(s) :) . Yes, a very similar process to casting fishing sinkers. I do go to my shooting range on rainy days when nobody is there to collect shot bullets at the end of the range. I wash them, and re-melt them for casting. Idealy though as mentioned in the vid description, you really should use virgin pure soft lead for any hollow based bullet such as the ones I made in the video because upon firing, the bottom of the bullet stretches and Expands outward, "catching" the rifling or spiral grooves inside the barrel which causes the bullet to spin and therefore carry a much straighter and farther path. Hard(er) lead like the stuff I used(wheel weights) will get the job done but may not allow the bullet to expand enough to catch the rifling 100% so accuracy may not be right on but ya never know,-- we'll see !
