I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Earning my spending money from starting at the age of 8 by shoveling snow, mowing lawns and selling all occasion cards and other things door to door, I was motivated and eager to do what it takes. However, Buffalo wasn't going to take me to the next step, so I joined the Navy and traveled! After living on the Eastcoast in RI, CT, and NY, I moved with my one year old son at the time to the big state of CA. It was exciting and sunny. I went to work for a manufacturing company where I started off as an administrative assistant and aggressively and tenatiously pursued sales. That seemed to be the place to be to make money. It was. I made over $80,000 in my first year and that changed my life for ever.
I stayed with that company for 17 years until I knew it was time to be in control over my time and income. That's when I got my real estate license.....the next change in my life! How great it was to work when I wanted, to be able to set my own schedule and to develop my own business that met my needs. I loved it and I was successful. After the big boom and the burst of the bubble, I decided that I had the opportunity for the very first time in my life to be able to travel, play tennis and have fun full time. I decided to go into semi-retirement for a bit and live off the savings of my hard work in real estate. I made a few moves along the way. One to the hot and sunny desert of Scottsdale Arizona where I got my real estate broker's license. I met a ton of fun people and brought my tennis game to a new level. However, I was single and even though I was having a blast (selling a house every now and then), I knew that ultimately I wanted a relationship and a full life with a partner. That's when I met my boyfriend and made yet another move. I'm currently in Paso Robles, CA living with my sweetheart and his two great boys.
Starting over in real estate in Paso is difficult in this hard economic time. That's what made me come up with my next step in life for my career! I knew that I needed to come up with a way to develop a business that I can move anywhere and still be successful. Now I own an internet business and have my real estate career. My career is morphing into the internet as my source of income, creativity and a way that I can share my successes with others. I am currently building a business with a partner to create real estate leads for my fellow agents and a great tool for buyers and sellers to engage professional, real estate agents to help them with their next transaction. I am also going to mentor other real estate agents who would like to learn how to develop their own internet business so they can have the lifestyle and freedom they want. It's exciting to me to be able to motivate and help others become happy and successful in the path their aspire to.
