I do not vlog, I blog. I do have a web cam now. I feel more compfortable reading and writing then talking into a camera. I do post short videos here I've been taking with my new camera. I wish I was brave and could talk on the web cam but I feel funny talking to myself. LOL I come and watch videos on other peoples atruggles and there journey with losing weight. I watch a lot of YouTube weight loss vlogs because it encourages me and I learn from others. I have battled with my weight my whole life. In the past two years I have lost -145 pounds through WLS. It's been life changing and the best thing I've ever done for myself.
