always loosen ALL straps b4 fitting your pack. and btw the majority of the weight should be on the hip straps. not the shoulder strap. the shoulder straps are designed to keep the pack close to your back not hold it up.. so take that into account whenever you are lifting the bag b4 you get yer hi...
