About this user

I grew up surfing in the South Bay. I learned to stand at the oil pier. They tore that down and built a jettty. Pave paradise and put up a parking lot.

I work about half a year or so, whatever I can manage, as a geotechnical field worker at drilling sites. I've worked in the oil and gas industry, on the Yucca Mountain Project, and am currently contracted to assist on some geothermal wells near Reno Nevada.

My first love though is surfing and I try to do as much of it as I can. Here are some videos I shot with a GoPro Hero 3 waterproof wrist mountd camcorder. My website is also backlinked from my You Tube channel. There are free surf forcasting and surf reporting tools and links there that you could find useful. I use it as my start up page, when I want to check the surf from wherever I might happen to be.
