5.if u do not tell me the condition of a card i presume that it is mint. if a card comes that is not mint (unless stated) i will not send out a portion of your cards or i may not send out the whole entire trade depending on how bad the card(s) are damaged

6. if the card i was supposed to recieve comes and is in the condition stated i will put you on my trusted traders list

7. i do accept throw ins but i just want these as throw ins if u have them
