    Chris, thanks. But Fernando, to respond: I think there's sometimes a perception out there that pop food / fast food isn't worth serious thought or analysis, and that the only stuff worth thinking about costs $45 and is served on a white table cloth. From my perspective, we (as a society) eat a ton of mass-made / fast food, so it's even MORE important to talk about and think about than the fancy stuff. Just my take on it, though.
