We all have the ability to raise our consciousness, and create alignment in our thoughts, speech and action; this in turn, effects change around us. Long lasting external change can be found once we have first created change within ourselves.

As a professional in the creative arts, Tamara has worked as a composer, performer, producer, actor, teacher, writer and producer. In developing 'Begin Within Productions', she has married her passions; artistic creation and spirituality.
