@Rowanb123 Twice now a friend has noticed CT's along the coast of Sea Point. Some say they are sprayed out off the coast so that the prevailing winds bring them over the land, dispersing the material over the city and also making the spraying activity less noticeable.

16V is gonna kill your SLA really quick. Even flooded lead acid shouldn't go over 14.4v, with the very occasional 15V equilisation charge.
For longevity of your SLA battery u should not go over 13.8V charging voltage.
