Her voice is premier. Her music encompasses all genres. On stage, when she sings she captures every emotion. She can be passionate and intense, solemn and melancholic, fun and cute, joyful and festive. Every note speaks to her heart. Her excellence is affirmed through awards, hit songs, outstanding sales, sold out concerts. Superb as she is as a performing artist to the casual listener, but to the truest of fans her quirks is just as impressive. It is her laughter, her humble ways, her relationship to fans, friends and family, a sight you would see even when the cameras are off. That is why she always puts a smile on everyone's face, days brighten up. Shes pure sunshine. In contrast she's a tycoon sweeping us off our feet. She takes challenges in stride, exceeds expectations, milestone after milestone. Her humble beginnings, her hardships to reach her dream, how she persists to keep her feet on the ground despite insurmountable achievements is indeed inspiring. True enough the youth look up to her as a role model. She is a living testimony that dreams do come true. Her music and her life story appeal to all Filipinos. She breaks the boundaries of age, gender, economic status, even time and space. She's a leveler. No one is rich. No one is poor.
