Narrated By Aisha(RA)

Once the Prophet came while a woman was sitting with me.
He said:- Who is she?
i replied:- "She is so and so" and told him about her excessive praying.
He said:- disapprovingly, "Do good deeds which is within your capacity (without being overtaxed) as Allah does not get tired of giving rewards but surely you will get tired and the best deed in the sight of Allah is that which is done regularly"

Allah loves:

Those who do good deeds (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:195)
Those who ask Him for forgiveness ((Surah Al-Baqarah 2:222)
Those who purify themselves (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:222)
Those who are Allah-fearing (Surah Imrân 3:76)
Those who are steadfast (Surah Imrân 3:146)
Those who trust Him (Surah Imrân 3:159)
Those who act justly (Surah Maida 5:42)
Those who strive for His cause (Surah Saff 61:4)
Those who follow His Prophet (Surah Imrân 3:31)

"Whosoever leaves off obedience and separates from the Jama'ah and then dies, he dies a death of (one in) the Days of Ignorance (Jahiliyah). Whosoever fights under the banner of the blind, becoming angry for partisanship ('asabiyah), calling towards it, or supporting it and then dies, he dies a death of (one in) the Days of Ignorance (Jahiliyah)." [Reported by Muslim in his Saheeh (6/21), from Abu Hurayrah]

Whenever Prophet (PBUH) ordered the Muslims to do something, he used to order them deeds which were easy for them to do (according to their strength endurance).
They said:- " O Allah's Messenger !!! We are not like you. Allah has forgiven your past and future sins.
Than Allah's Messenger became angry and it was apparent on his face.
He(PBUH) said:-" " I am the most Allah fearing, and know Allah better than all of you do " "
