@Laurens200 Combining them both is the best....compensate for the gyro drift with tilt sensor.

I think you could have done this without the EOPD sensor.

Say, if tilt angle is greater than blah, you stop the motor and put up a flag.

If it comes back within the operating range, then put the flag down and reset.

Just an idea...

That happened to me too.

One of my propeller was slightly bent, so the control was trying to compensate for that weaker thrust.

I would suggest that you look closely to your propellers if it's not a software issue.
