Pull it out of 4LO dillhole! Why do people think 4lo = unstuck mode? It's more torque, less speed. With mud, more wheel speed = cleaner tread = more traction = not stuck.

While I think the average diesel "rolling coal" is douchy as hell, this is a great example of AMAZING engineering with diesel.

I had a 5.3 vortec in my XJ, and that thing was badass. Theres really no doubt that Chevy can make a great motor. Why wouldn't you want more power? Don't get me wrong, Im gonna keep the i6 in my TJ, stroke it, etc.... but Chevy's v8s are a great swap for Jeeps, and theres tons of supp...

You misunderstand the meaning of that saying. It means that you can't expect a 1.5l motor to make more power than, say, a 4.0l GIVEN that both motors are tuned to their absolute max. If you know a way that a small four cylinder naturally aspirated motor can make more power than a lar...

This year of Wrangler didn't have the 4.0 i6. It's a 3.8l v6. Not a very popular motor...

Holy crap. You lift it that much just to leave the torsion brackets that low = waste of money. If you had the money to put that lift on there and those huge tires, it would make so much more sense to do a SAS.

The law saws you gotta sign the damn thing. The law doesn't give the cop the right to FORCE you to sign it. He cannot MAKE you sign it, but it is still required to be signed. Thats why you're getting the ticket.

If you have so many issues, why don't YOU drive more cautiously. You know the other drivers are going to ignore you, so slow down, and don't assume car drivers will follow the rules.

Unless he was talking about the full size Cherokees(FSJ), you're right. He said something about prior generation of Cherokees, so I dunno. Actually, I don't even know if the FSJ jeeps were body/frame or monocoque. I'll have to look that up.

Lol, no. QD II has an electronic LIMITED SLIP. Not a locker. A real locker lets both wheels on the axle turn the same rate at any speed. Obviously, yours doesn't do that, therefore.... NOT a locker.
