Why exactly do you have such hatred for India? I could reply in the same vain, and rant on how all Americans are a bunch of fat, ugly, ignorant, genocidal pricks who mass-murdered the Native Americans, killed millions of innocent Japanese civilians in reply to an attack on a military base, and how their nation is now destined to decay to obscurity with China taking over economically on the world stage. But that would be over-generalization. And plain hateful.
I shouldn't really be as imbecile as to actually dignify your question about 'what India ever produced of quality' with an answer, but it includes such things as the numbers you count with, the trigonometry you studied at school, and plastic surgery. All that, back when America was an uninhabited wasteland and Europe a putrid mass of violent, theocratic city-states beset with plagues and wars at extremely regular intervals.
