Michael Gonzalez-Wallace is a speaker, writer, motivator and fitness trainer. He has been involved with athletic sports for over 20 years. A Certified Professional Trainer from the National Academy of Sports of Medicine, he was awarded the Prestigious Fitness Excellence Award by Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty. He has been researching and developing his body/brain exercise program with advice from a team of neuroscientists, neurologists kinesiologists and psychiatrists, for several years. Currently, Michael is implementing his program nationwide in hospitals, sports medicine centers and schools. His work has been featured in O: The Oprah Magazine, Redbook, Prevention and Fitness.
