The real answer is, they confirmed that the internet browser, netflix, etc, plus Free To Play multiplayer games DO NOT REQUIRE PS+. But, if you wanna play multiplayer for paid games such as CoD or BF4, then you DO need PS+.

Bro. Listen. As a testimony as to how good the anime is, One Piece started with the manga in 1997, began the anime in 1999, and both TO THIS DAY continue to have new chapters/episodes EVERY WEEK. Not to mention 11 movies. It's soooo good. Keep in mind, however, that if you start from episode 1, that the early episodes are more than a decade old and therefore not exactly Blu-ray quality. BUT DON'T LET THAT DETER YOU.
