About Sunshine Love
After a personal rock bottom moment at the turn of the century, I devoted my life to learning about and implementing good overall health: personal, physical, emotional, mental, and relational.
I've since lost over 100 pounds and completely reinvented my personality, lifestyle, and relationships.
I also just had the privilege to attend and complete a one week Axis Aerial Dance Intensive with Mir and A Company in Santa Cruz, CA; which is a minor miracle considering that I used to weigh 300 pounds!
