I am an athlete, nutritional health coach, Reiki Master, teacher, writer vocalist, and mystic. I don't claim to know all the answers nor am I an expert on life. What I do know is that we all face some of the same issues and by sharing experiences we can help one another through them.

To those of you suffering from an eating disorder...I know where you're at. I posted this video to reach out to you and tell you that our bodies are precious...no matter what size we think they are.
