I don't own either of those guitars, but from watching this, I think it all depends. For virtuoso style, bluegrassy-kind of stuff, definitely the Martin. But I could see myself preferring the Gibson for haunting, folk-rocky, Neil Young-ish kind of music.

It's great that someone looks as to how to get the public more engaged in science, but it appears to me that anyone would have predicted each and everyone of the the results of this study that are mentioned in this video intuitively, without any research or money invested.
