About this user

Q was born in Newark,NJ on December 15, 1984. No different from his fans, Q hustled his way out of the hood. No matter where he went he always went hard. He started writing lyrics in 1996 after hearing Jay-Z's "Reasonable Doubt" album. In 2003, he started recording in Raleigh, North Carolina with his cousin. He was taught to make beats and produce by his mentor JAXBEATZ of Official Recordz. In 2006, Q and his cousin Don aka Mauxburg started their own label, SuckaFree Records. His first mixtape was "The Appeal 07103", it sold tremendously well along the south. Q later returned back to New Jersey where he started to network even more than he did prior to living in NC. This is just the beginning of a talented man and artist.
