I remembered them as they were so nice and so polished and sang "I still get that same old feeling" .I talked to the band in the small room behind stage left. Recently met Dave by co...

Nice. Try to include an occasional chord sweep using the Bass Strings or perhaps try to switch octaves to a lower string to add a voice difference.

Good clean picking which will get better as you get more confidence. Strings are a bit too new and "bright" for the real feel but quite pleasant.

    Chet Atkins "Classical Gas"

Chet always makes it better than the original.

    summerbreezeau summerbreezeau commented:

@MrEd33333 It took me 20 years to really play this piece so that it LIVES.

This version has lost its soul terribly and lends itself to lovely English Folk,

No the solo is not the player viewed as he is playing a 12 string and the solo is in Gm pentatonic at the 10th fret (tone is not possible in low frets) so tuff for MilliVaMonkee! Fantastic song and great vocal(s),

It is so soon forgotten that in the past few million years the family or tribe listened to the wisdom of the elders in the evening. Individualism put people in separate houses then business gave them "The New Wise Ones" on TV. So evening listening moved thus. The Net sees some chance at regaining...

Us baby boomers had the dream run where we did not compete with international underpaid workers, our meat, wool, steel, coal, uranium, wheat and "land" sales has drowned us in assets. The cost of facilitating a new major city is twenty times the cost of adding 2000 extra homes to 1000 existing towns. Salt and co are clearly working on behalf of either a bank, builder or political entity or all of these. This is a limited vision. A reverse new home buyers grant which would give...
