About Weight Losss for a Summer Beauty
I am 21 year old college student that of course has had my ups and down with weight loss. But i have been in a funk for a while now.
I suddenly put on 50lbs and I have not been able to take them off. I always get distracted and side tracked and I realized that I can't be on a diet I just have to change my personal Life style
