I often try to follow Ayurvedic medicine. I have a MBBS medical degree. My personal evoutionary growth involves trying to remain detached and indifferent in life.
I recently read about kundalini. Kundalini represented by a serpent is pure energy residing in the spinal cord. Kundalini is a ancient doctrine from India, which explains the paranormal, genius and insanity, savants, psychic energy and spontaneous human combustion. It also explains the role of celibacy in all the religions.
