If it's inconclusive, or there's an element of doubt, which I believe there is, surely you should go with the original decision the referee makes - rather like in cricket with the lbw rule?

They were BRILLIANT. Picked the right objects, navigated the causeways quickly, they even remembered Elita's and Hordrisses name from the previous series. They should have been allowed to answer the second question, they knew the answer! Really harsh death.

Best team so far at navigating causeways and they showed the required haste in level 3.
