So far I've only found code using css/script for changing the default cursor on Tumblr and it always changes to something else OnMouseOver. @Cgirl91 If you mean you want to set a custom cursor to work onMouseOver (when it moves over a link or clickable object), then I would like to know too. I thought it was a:hover for mouseover but I guess I was wrong. If I find out I will let you know.
